Is everything made to order?
Yes. Each piece is printed after you order it. We do not hold stock, so nothing ships the same day.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email hello@hemdrag.com as soon as possible. Once your piece goes into production we cannot change or cancel it.
Production and shipping times
Tees and hoodies
Printed in the US by our print partner. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days, then shipping inside the US. Plan for about 5 to 10 business days from order to door.
Wide-leg pants (High Water, Hemdrag)
Made to order and shipped from our production partner overseas (China). Production takes 1 to 6 business days and delivery usually takes 5 to 15 business days. Plan for about 2 to 4 weeks from order to door; carrier or customs delays can stretch it.
I ordered pants and a top. Will they arrive together?
No. They are made in different places, so they ship separately, each with its own tracking.

How much is shipping?
Free US shipping on orders of $70 or more. Orders under $70 ship for a flat $5.99.
How do I track my order?
You get an email with a tracking link when each package ships.
Sizing
Measurements are taken flat and can vary by up to 2 inches from piece to piece. Each product page will have the full size chart.
Tees (Bella+Canvas 3010 oversized boxy tee)
Boxy and oversized on purpose. Take your usual size for the intended boxy fit, or size down one for a closer fit.
Hoodies (Cotton Heritage M2635 box hoodie)
Heavy 10 oz fleece, oversized with dropped shoulders. Take your usual size for a loose fit.

Wide-leg pants (sunfade wide-leg fleece)
Straight wide leg with an open hem, 350 gsm fleece, sizes S to 2XL. They run long so they stack on your shoes. For reference, a size L is about 42.9 in long, with a 14.2 in waist and a 22.4 in hip measured flat.
The black is a sunfade wash: a washed dark grey with lighter clouds, and no two pairs look exactly the same. That is how the fabric is made, not a defect.
Returns and misprints
My piece arrived misprinted, damaged or wrong
Email hello@hemdrag.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice.
It does not fit
Because each piece is printed for you, we cannot take returns for size or change of mind. Email us within 14 days of delivery and we can make the same piece in another size at our production cost.
