Shipping policy

Every Hemdrag piece is made to order, so each order has a production time before it ships. The times below are estimates from our production partners, not guarantees.

Tees and hoodies

Printed in the US. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days, then the order ships within the US. Plan for about 5 to 10 business days from order to door.

Wide-leg pants

Made to order and shipped from our production partner overseas (China). Production takes 1 to 6 business days and delivery usually takes 5 to 15 business days. Plan for about 2 to 4 weeks from order to door; carrier or customs delays can stretch it.

Orders with more than one item

Items made in different places ship separately, each with its own tracking number. You pay shipping once per order.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost

Free US shipping on orders of $70 or more. Orders under $70 ship for a flat $5.99.

Tracking

When each package ships, you get an email with a tracking link.

Delays, customs and address problems

Carriers can add delays we do not control, especially for packages coming from overseas. Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. For any problem, email hello@hemdrag.com.
