This Privacy Policy explains how Hemdrag ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit hemdrag.com, sign up for our emails, or buy from us. If you have questions, email hello@hemdrag.com.

What we collect

Information you give us: your email address when you join our drop list, and when you order, your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number if you enter one, and order details. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically: device and browser details, IP address, pages viewed, and how you use the site, collected through cookies and similar tools used by Shopify to run the store.
Messages: anything you send us by email.

How we use it

To make, ship and support your order, including sharing your name, shipping address and order details with the production partners who print and ship it.
To send drop emails if you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To keep the store secure, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run the store: Shopify (our store platform), our print and fulfillment partners, payment processors, and shipping carriers. We may also share information if the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

Children

Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. You must be 13 or older to join our email list. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to opt out of certain sharing. To make a request, email hello@hemdrag.com. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
